We deliver Australia-wide and Internationally.
All packages within Australia are via Australia Post. International orders are shipped by DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Please be aware that orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW public holidays.
If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied. Once your order has been dispatched Del Villar cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect.

We offer complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide & international complimentary shipping on all orders over $300 AUD.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING
Please allow 2 business days to receive your package. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Unforeseen delays may occur, so please contact us for any urgent requests.
Please allow between 7-15 business days to receive your package. Please note international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items will be shipping from Australia with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in AU Dollars.
The delivery timeframes indicated above are based on addresses in metro areas, if you are in a regional area please allow an additional 1-2 business days
Please note, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. Sale purchases can only be returned for a site credit. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale purchases or store credits can only be returned for a store credit which is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.
Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement.
If you require your exchange urgently we recommend placing a new order and sending your items back for a refund, to avoid any delay.
