We deliver Australia-wide and Internationally.

All packages within Australia are via Australia Post. International orders have the option to ship via Australia post or DHL express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Please be aware that orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW public holidays.

If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied. Once your order has been dispatched Del Villar cannot be held responsible if any information you provided was incorrect.

Returns

Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale purchases or store credits can only be returned for a store credit which is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Please contact us for Return Authorization before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.

Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement.

If you require your exchange urgently we recommend placing a new order and sending your items back for a refund, to avoid any delay.
