All packages within Australia are via Australia Post. International orders are shipped by DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

INTERNATIONAL AUD$25 Please allow between 7-15 business days to receive your package. Please note international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items will be shipping from Australia with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in AU Dollars.

Sale Purchases
Please note, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. Sale purchases can only be returned for a site credit. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
Returns
Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale purchases or store credits can only be returned for a store credit which is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.
Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement.
If you require your exchange urgently we recommend placing a new order and sending your items back for a refund, to avoid any delay.
